UNIC SPRAY GUN CLEANING UNIT
The Gun wash machine has been ultimately designed for the quick rinse / colour change system, where customers are using any of the disposable cup systems. Customers can mount this unit on the outside of spray booths for quick colour changes, they are being used throughout Europe in the "Smart Repair Sector" where shops specialise in small repairs like dents and scratches. They can also be used by mobile van repairers.
The benefits are ease and quick cleaning process between colour changes on small jobs. This unit is a double station cleaner with an automatic and a manual wash.
The customer will only use around 80 - 100ml of fluid per wash. It takes around 20 - 30 seconds for a clean.
